The American giant will release Call of Duty Modern Warfare II on October 28, 2022. But as every good thing is too good to be true, the game’s release might not be a happy moment for everybody. A recent Twitter leak has claimed about the game not having one of its most popular modes at launch.

Fans baffled as a Twitter user claims the new Modern Warfare II does not have a rank mode!

Popular Call Of Duty informant ‘ModernWarzone’, put out a tweet talking about Modern Warfare 2. It said, “Modern Warfare II will reportedly not include multiplayer ranked play at launch.”

The information comes from a leak, TheGhostOfHope, who is popular for leaking accurate COD information. ModernWarzone continued, “A ranked mode will be added post-launch with development led by Treyarch.”

With Activision finally announcing the date for MWII, here’s some more information about the game. The information again comes from accurate sources who have leaked the game in the past. First, the title will be divided into parts, starting with the early access from September 15–16.

The Open beta will follow from September 17 – 19. It is important to note that the game will first release for the PlayStation before appearing on other consoles. Apart from that, it will also feature the iconic Highrise map as part of it.
