It seems like the American gaming giant has a tall task ahead of itself before it can ever hope to eclipse Sony’s market. 17% of fans have largely complained about experiencing DVR problems that sometimes malfunction. Xbox’s OS has been a major factor in winning over the community, but in the latest report, it has turned out as the second biggest contributor to the list of issues that gaming giant needs to look into.
