Baldur’s Gate 3, a CRPG that may be one of the biggest gaming industry surprises in recent memory. The RPG genre has seen some changes because of this game. Over and above that, its incorporation of co-op and some D&D-inspired components has really made it a memorable title. We wouldn’t be shocked if it ended up providing fierce competition for others this year.

Since Spider-Man 2 hasn’t launched yet, there isn’t much to say about it at this time. But Insomniac Games, its creator, has a pretty solid track record.
