As we remember, New Horizons was launched amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. There were lockdowns around the world and it was putting a dent in people’s social lives. So when some students graduated and saw it would not be possible to celebrate that occasion with their peers, they went ahead and organized a graduation party in the game itself.

A twitch streamer called Xwater decided that people should be able to play the game of Deal or No Deal in Animal crossing: New Horizons. So, they created an island with a set of Deal or No Deal and started hosting the game show on it, while streaming.
