The LA-based online social entertainment group of content creators known as OfflineTV, has many eccentric characters in its roster. However, in terms of pure chaos, none of them can come close to Michael Reeves. Known as the mad scientist of YouTube, Reeves joined the group only a few years ago and already he has become a prominent face of the OTV. 

In his online career, Micheal has pulled off many absurd experiments that are beyond what many would do. Once he had modified a state-of-the-art Boston Dynamic’s quadruped military robot into a ‘beer piss*ng dog’ machine. Fans are used to his shenanigans but none of them had seen his recent ‘accident’ coming. 

How OfflineTV Member Michael Reeves broke his neck in the shower

On March 12, 2023, Micheal’s Girlfriend and fellow streamer, LilyPichu shared a picture on her social media. In the picture, Reeves could be seen with a cast around his neck and a distressed look on his face. Seeing this picture fans poured in the comments to share their concerns and curiosity.

Seeing the reaction from the fans, Lily replied that the reason for his injury was as unique as Reeves himself. According to Lily, “he pulled his neck muscle shampooing his hair”. The comments section once again filled with fans. however, this time, many started sharing memes about the absurdity of the situation.

In their conversation, Micheal shared that he “slipped a disc in the shower” he didn’t share how he did that but keeping Lily’s comment in mind, the ‘Shampoo’ possibility may not be an impossibility.

According to professional physicians, it takes around 4-6 weeks to heal neck strains, which means Micheal has to wear his cast for a few more days. Micheal is notorious for his slow upload schedule, now due to his ‘accident’ fans may have to wait a little longer for his next video.
