Microsoft has big things planned for its next-gen console

The leaks about the games are not the only thing making rounds in the gaming community. These leaks also point to big upgrades coming to the Xbox Series X/S console. Most importantly, the Xbox Series X will get a diskless version coming out sometime in the future. The design looks like a cylinder. Fans are not exactly sure how well the cooling will run with this new design, but think Xbox will have them covered.

This diskless version comes with several new features added to the console. With a bigger storage capacity of 2TB, the unit uses significantly less power and has better connectivity, in terms of Bluetooth as well as its WiFi ability. The only thing not upgraded about it is the price tag, which stays the same at $449, making it its best feature! This perhaps has to do with the fact that it will be a big hardware upgrade, instead of just some new features coming.
