Since its official release, Starfield has taken the internet by storm. While this Xbox exclusive already turned many heads from its early access for Xbox Game Pass premium subscribers, PlayStation users are equally charmed. Despite the game’s availability being limited to Steam and Xbox, PS users are not keeping behind from using exclusive tactics to try this game out.

Console exclusivity has always been a big part of a console’s success. And arguably, PlayStation has been ahead with massive names like God of War and The Last of Us. However, this time, it’s Xbox’s turn to flex. Following Starfield’s success, looks like many PS users want the game. However, they know they can’t get it. So they have gotten creative.

Although Starfield is an Xbox-exclusive, PlayStation users can still access the game using PS’s Dualsense controller. Now this method proved to be extremely popular among PlayStation 5 users, who tried it to play Bethesda’s RPG. Although, some users commented about facing an issue, installing the Dualsense application was able to easily fix that. Not only that, but a PlayStation user further took his Starfield craze to another level. He customized his PlayStation 5 device and controller by adding Starfield skin to the devices.

In fact, this didn’t end here as many PS users went a step further to use mods for playing Starfield. Available on the website, this PlayStation Studio Splash Screen mod allowed PS users to replace Bethesda’s opening of the game. It also changes the function of the controller to match with button prompts of the Xbox. While many found this mod quite silly, others used it to fulfill their Starfield cravings.

Looking at the crazy number of Starfield mods, fans are surely certain that this game will supersede any game with the highest number of mods right now. While there are currently many Starfield mods for players to try out, here are two popular ones for players.

Mods for unlocking achievements: With this mod, players can simply enable all the in-game achievements. While pressing the tilde key on the keyboard helps a player to get some benefits over game credits and kill points through altering some in-game things, it is strictly prohibited for achievements. Now using the Achievement Enabler mod, players can out-rule Bethesda’s policy and unlock the in-game achievements.

Maintaining health bar in Starfield: As many might not feel satisfied with the given health bar, a Starfield fan launched the Enhanced Player Health Bar to solve that issue. While it doesn’t exactly help in getting more health, it gives color prompts to alert players before they hit below 25%.
