The Upcoming Assassin’s Creed game is all set to give tribute to the classics

As the times have changed, so did the Assassin’s Creed games. With each new installment, the series is pivoting into something completely new. But as the new games are coming packed to the brim with new content, fans miss the charm of the old classics. That is why Ubisoft has decided to give tribute to the old ones with the latest installment in the series, Assassin’s Creed: Mirage.

Initially, the game was supposed to be a spinoff of Valhalla, but during the development phase, Ubisoft decided to turn it into a full-fledged game. Just like Rogue, which was supposed to be a spinoff of the Black Flag. But even though Mirage started as a spinoff, it promises to deliver a game worthy of being a major installment in the franchise.

The Game will bring the old liner gameplay, with a map much smaller than the recent titles. This time the game will focus on the stealth aspects of the gameplay rather than head first combat in the last game. Mirage will be a modern-day tribute to the classic Assassin’s Creed.
