2022 is nearly here but before that, more PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X restocks are on the way. Just at the right time, GameStop’s next-gen console restocks are back. This could be one of your last chances to get your hands on the consoles before 2021 ends. With this in mind, the next PS5 and Xbox Series X restock will be at GameStop tomorrow morning (December 30, 2021) at 252 stores across 37 US.

Just before the New Year, GameStop has been very active on Twitter. Recently on December 28, 2021, GameStop teased a restock update on its official Twitter handle. From that tweet, we could clearly see that multiple restocks were on their way before the year ends. Otherwise, it would just be a very cruel tweet.

Tips and tricks to get PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X

Due to the immense demand for next-gen consoles, the restocks mostly get sold out in just a couple of minutes, all thanks to the scalpers out there. To save yourself some extra minutes, just log into the GameStop account before the restock.

And secondly, sign up for a subscription service to get the console before everyone else as it increases your chance of getting it. However, despite all the benefits and advantages, it will cost you some extra bucks to get the subscription. But if you really want a next-gen console before 2021, this is your best and, probably, only chance.

However, one of the best ways to grab a next-gen console is going after a bundle. Scalpers usually target individual pieces so that they can resell those consoles at a much higher rate. Going after a bundle highly increases your chances of getting a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series S before 2021 ends.

However, just like previous restocks, the units will sell out extremely fast. So if you missed out on this restock, don’t worry. There will be other restock events in 2022 as well. But going on eBay to pay the double amount for the same console from scalpers is probably not the right move here.
