miHoYo just released a new event, Mimi Tomo. This event will offer free primogems, Hero’s Wit, Mora, and some event-exclusive furnishing blueprints. Here’s everything you need to know about the event.

A new Mimi Tomo event in Genshin Impact

During the event, players have to gather some clues to find a certain unusual hilichurl. The event will last from May 27 to June 6 and players must be at Adventure Rank 20 or above.

There will be a total of seven challenges, and a new challenge will unlock each day. After taking part in the challenge, they will be given a specific location on their map to visit. Then they have to find the specific hilichurl whom they can interact with. After talking to the hilichurl, it will assign you certain commissions.

Completing them will help you get the location of the unusual hilichurl. It will only appear at a certain location and time, which you will find while completing the commissions. Mimi Tomo is the first event through which players can get some decorative items for the housing system. This is a grand step from miHoYo as unlike other events, players will finally be able to get their hands on these limited furnishing blueprints.

Interestingly, several times you won’t understand any phrases or sentences while communicating with the hilichurl. For this, you will have to use the Handy Handbook of Hilichurlian provided by Ella Musk. This book will help you translate and understand the language of the hilichurl.

miHoYo explained in their blog,” There are seven Sighting Locations in this event, and only after completing the investigation for the previous Sighting Location can you unlock the quest at the next location.”

At the end of the event, you will get a total of 420 primogems, seven exclusive furnishing blueprints, Hero’s Wit, and much more. This event will offer amazing rewards and hopefully, we will see such rewards in future events as well.
