miHoYo has introduced Raiden Shogun as the Electro Archon of the Inazuma region. Raiden is a very versatile character and can be used in different team compositions. However, the best character to use with Raiden is Eula, who is a physical damage dealer and belongs to the Cryo element. Electro and Cryo element together triggers the Super Conduct elemental reaction and reduce the opponents’ physical resistance by 40% for 12 seconds.
