Genshin Impact is gaining a lot of popularity day by day. Furthermore, players are very excited to see the anniversary rewards that miHoYo will offer on its first anniversary. Not to mention how users are getting fond of Inazuma characters a lot and are very excited about the next update.

However, it looks like we will only see one Inazuma character in the 2.2 update. Regardless, one of the strongest damage dealers may make their re-run banner in the upcoming update. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming banners in the game.

Upcoming banners list in Genshin Impact

There have been many rumors about miHoYo working on a new signature weapon for Childe that will be released in the 2.2 update. It’s not possible to release a signature weapon for a character without releasing them. Therefore, we might see a second re-run of Childe in the 2.2 update.

Hu Tao is one of the strongest DPS in the game, and it’s quite guaranteed that many players will invest in her re-run banner. Interestingly, it looks like miHoYo is planning to increase its sales by releasing Hu Tao’s banner in the upcoming update. Childe will have his first banner featuring Thoma as a four-star character followed up by Hu Tao.

Albedo was one of the most underrated characters, and many players skipped his banner. Because of that, miHoYo was not able to earn huge profits from his banner, but it looks like his re-run banner holds some potential. According to some rumors, Albedo will have his re-run banner featuring Gorou, a four-star character in the 2.3 update.

When it comes to the strongest DPS in the game, only Ganyu can have this spot. She can work both as a main damage dealer and as a support unit. Hence, a lot of players are patiently waiting for her re-run banner as the entire meta revolves around her.

It’s expected that Ganyu will have her re-run banner with Albedo in the 2.3 update. Ganyu might have her banner first and then Albedo’s. Unfortunately, Yae’s banner is still not confirmed, but we can expect to see her banner at the start of the 2.4 or 2.5 update. Which character’s re-run banner you are most excited for?
