In Genshin Impact, primogems play a much more important role than any other currencies. Players can get tons of primogems by doing story quests, archon quests, and by participating in events. Primogems help players to summon new characters, weapons, and even help in refreshing their Resin.

Moreover, you can get many primogems by completing several achievements. One of those achievements is, Well, That Was Strange, where you have to hunt for an unusual hilichurl to get free primogems. Here are all 15 locations where you can find this hilichurl in Teyvat.

Unusual Hilichurl in Genshin Impact

There are 15 locations where unusual hilichurl, also known as Wei, spawns. You have to hunt him down 50 times to get all rewards from the achievement. When you eliminate hilichurl for 1, 20, and 50 times you get 5, 10, and 20 primogems respectively. After eliminating the hilichurl for one time, it will immediately respawn at one of the 15 locations.

Once you eliminate the hilichurl two times, you have to wait for 12 hours for another Wei to spawn. You can hunt the unusual hilichurl four times a day and you will receive 35 primogems in total.

Not all players know that the unusual hilichurl is a reference to miHoYo’s CEO in the game. It has six spawn locations in Mondstadt and nine in Liyue.

Bonus Achievement- Marksmanship

If your aim is too bad and you have little interest in bow users and are not able to complete the Marksmanship achievement fully, then these tips will come in handy for you. The Marksmanship achievement has three tasks. In the first task, hit a falcon in mid-air with your bow. The second and third tasks are quite easy; moreover, there’s a trick through which you can complete both of them in a single attempt.

For the first task, you have to visit the Qingyun Peak Waypoint, where a falcon roams around the peak. It may take you several attempts, but you can hunt him down there easily and complete the first achievement.

As for the remaining tasks, go to Dihua Marsh and stand at the top of the rock. Charge your character attack and shoot at the hilichurl that you can see at your front. Hitting him will let you complete both tasks in a single attempt.
