At refinement level 1 and weapon level 1, its base attack is 46, and if you max it out to level 90, you will get a flat base attack of 608. This will only scale massively with each refinement you can upgrade.
Gloden Majesty is the weapon skill that offers your wielder an attack boost of 4% for 8 seconds. You can only stack the attack buff up to five times and it can only proc after 0.3 seconds.
Here comes the best part, the weapon has an amazing passive ability that strengthens your shield by 20%. If you are under its protection, then the claymore users will have a 100% increase in their attack.
What Characters would work with this weapon?
Judging by the things this weapon can do, it is safe to say Mihoyo designed it specifically for the new character Xinyan. It synergies really well with her if you happen to pair them together. Xinyan is not a powerful DPS character, she still offers you an amazing shield and decent damage from her ultimate, but she still cannot play the role of a reliable physical damage dealer.
Claymore wielders like Chongyun, Diluc, and Razor outperform her in terms of dealing damage. They are hyper aggressive characters that do not have a shield of their own, but support like Zhongli, Diona, Noelle, or even Xinyan herself can offer them some protection. This will enable them to use ‘The Unforged’ to its maximum potential while offering survivability.

Final thoughts
The game has introduced world bosses that can easily one-hit kill your character at higher Adventure Ranks. This places special emphasis on protection since not a lot of characters or weapons offer that. If you have this claymore and any of the above-listed characters, then you should pair them with supports that can provide a shield.
