Zack Snyder once reacted to zombie appearances in multiple video games, and fans seem to love it.
In today’s world, the majority of celebrities have a fair share of their love for video games as they spend a good amount of time around them. Each of them has their favorites, for which they spend countless hours glued to their screens and even talk about it whenever asked. So today, we have a popular celebrity who once shared his take on multiple zombie video games during his interview with IGN.
Zack wrote a movie in 2021 called Army Of The Dead. It is categorized under the ‘zombie’ genre as the group of five featured on a mission to pull off a heist from a casino. The movie was one of the biggest releases of the year, leading Zack to host big-time promotions for it. And there, he landed on an IGN interview, where he shared his thoughts about zombie video games.

How did Zack Snyder react to Zombie reveals in video games?
The Rebel Moon director started off by reacting to CapCom’s Resident Evil 2002. Synder’s reaction suggested that he was absolutely in love with the reveal, as he was aware of how much work the devs put in to develop this game. Plus, Resident Evil was all about zombie lore, so it had to top the list.

Followed by the CapCom title, Zack reacted to The Last Of Us. This Naughty Dog title struck fans’ hearts just like the lightning, standing as one of the best games of the decade. Still, the director had a moderate reaction as he loved the reveal, but wasn’t fond of the character design. “Yeah, that’s pretty sweet and pretty weird, the zombie itself. The creature is really scary and interesting. I think it’s pretty cool,” he said.

The next game that received Zack’s attention was the expansion to Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption, the Undead Nightmare. Apparently, the game’s reveal reminded him of classic zombie reveals, as it had the patent jump scare that we come across in films. So, Snyder felt it to have a similar vibe.

“Jesus, that’s some zombie mayhem. It’s interesting that the zombies had glowing eyes,” Zack said while reacting to the next game. It was none other than the 2008 title Left For Dead. The director had an interesting take on that one as he approved the concept of it.
2012’s Walking Dead became the second last game of the reaction series, with Zack being in absolute awe of it. As predicted, it gave him the original series vibes, and he was happy to see the iconic ‘one-shot’ kill for the zombie. “Gives me a little bit of an of a walking dead vibe,” he said while talking about it.

Last but not least, the Justice League star shared his take on Call of Duty Black Ops: Call Of The Dead DLC. The video featured the part where a zombie pops up during shooting and takes the director away. And being a pro in the category, he loved it!
