Now, a new report has reportedly unleashed some amazing details about GTA 6. Upon learning them, the hardcore fans of the open-world franchise will surely be delighted. According to an analyst, the next installment will offer a massive gameplay experience of nearly 500 hours, alongside its enormous maps.

GTA 6 to have 500 hours of playtime with extensive map locations!
As reported by Wccftech, games analyst Michael Pachter recently talked about some interesting information on the sixth entry in the series. He is the managing director of equity research at Wedbush Securities.

Going by what Pachter said, GTA 6 has been in the making since the period between 2014 and 2015. That’s quite a long duration, but given that the project’s scale is massive, it’s understandable.

Moreover, GTA 6 will reportedly have nearly 500 hours of duration for the players who will enter its story. Plus, it will comprise various map locations, brought from the likes of previous titles in the franchise.
In the words of Pachter, himself, the game will be a “mash-up of Vice City, San Andreas, Liberty City (so GTA III), and Europe, London for sure.”

Simply put, players will be able to go anywhere they want “on those continents and you’re going to have missions that take you all those places.”

All things considered, it seems like Rockstar is really pushing the limit this time with the next Grand Theft Auto.
Meanwhile, the last released installment, GTA V, is set to arrive in a new version later this month. The 2013 game will receive an enhanced edition for the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X and S.
