The American video game company had a culture of crunch, frat-house antics, and bullying. Since 2018, the company has decided to change its policies and turn the country into a more progressive nature. One employee even stated that “a boys club transformed into a real company.“
Undoubtedly, it sounds like a good change for a workspace, but recent rumors suggest that it’s now affecting the games. The American company has removed many sensitive jokes from GTA V and also removed the Cops ‘n’ Crooks mode from GTA Online. Further, there are rumors about a female Latina protagonist in the upcoming title.

I have no problem with a female lead if it's purely out of desire for a good narrative, they likely are doing it because "inclusion". Also being a "softer" company for a game meant to simulate chaos and decrepit actions isn't a good sign for the game.

When will Rockstar Games release GTA 6?
It’s been over nine years since the release of the Grand Theft Auto V. Fans are eagerly waiting for the next title. There have been many false alarms about the game in the past, but finally, Rockstar Games revealed the reason for the lack of Red Dead Online updates was spending more resources on the next GTA title.
