What made Grand Theft Auto games so famous was the raw and uncensored content in their game. However, the Rockstar Games workplace is becoming more progressive, which is influencing the upcoming GTA 6. So, it’s speculated that the new game would not be like the past games.
The American video game company had a culture of crunch, frat-house antics, and bullying. Since 2018, the company has decided to change its policies and turn the country into a more progressive nature. One employee even stated that “a boys club transformed into a real company.“

Undoubtedly, it sounds like a good change for a workspace, but recent rumors suggest that it’s now affecting the games. The American company has removed many sensitive jokes from GTA V and also removed the Cops ‘n’ Crooks mode from GTA Online. Further, there are rumors about a female Latina protagonist in the upcoming title.

The fans suspect that these progressive takes can ruin the main essence of the game. Some even claim that these changes would make the game ‘soft.’ However, some fans support this move but want the game to find a way to keep the main essence of the game.

I have no problem with a female lead if it's purely out of desire for a good narrative, they likely are doing it because "inclusion". Also being a "softer" company for a game meant to simulate chaos and decrepit actions isn't a good sign for the game.

It’s been over nine years since the release of the Grand Theft Auto V. Fans are eagerly waiting for the next title. There have been many false alarms about the game in the past, but finally, Rockstar Games revealed the reason for the lack of Red Dead Online updates was spending more resources on the next GTA title.
