The user thinks Rockstar Games can request their players to gather at the Maze Bank Arena in order to make such an announcement. And they can broadcast the trailer in the arena as the clip also airs simultaneously on YouTube. If the devs actually decide to do this, it will be one memorable thing for the fans where GTA Online will once again prove what makes it such a great game in the franchise.
