Grand Theft Auto VI is one of the most-anticipated games of the coming year. Developed by Rockstar Games, this game caught many spotlights in the media since the company’s announcement in 2020. Although Rockstar North didn’t give much information apart from a new game being developed, in July 2020, Bloomberg News finally spilled the beans about its title being confirmed as Grand Theft Auto VI. 

Furthermore, Bloomberg gave details about its protagonists and how this game would really continue the trend of joking marginalized communities of America. Now the GTA fans dropped a brand-new idea about the game, blowing away the minds of both fans and developers for sure. 

Relationship Meter Idea in GTA VI? 

Well, one Grand Theft Auto fan believed so. Set in the fictional modern-day Vice City, GTA VI, will feature two protagonists, Jason and Lucia. Now one GTA fan suggested on Reddit that a relationship meter would be perfect for these protagonists to maintain a strong and healthy bond. 

Moreover, the fan seemed excited to see these two characters in a relationship- “What Jason and Lucia want in a relationship and what you can do to make their relationship more healthy and enjoyable.” Adding to his comment, this fan said that it would be perfect if the developers brought a relationship meter.

He suggested how the meter can predict the way Jason and Lucia’s relationship will impact the gameplay- “If Meter is High, then dialogue about Jason and Lucia as a couple is positive and can affect the way they get along in missions.” He also added the input of dialogues that set the relationship meter on high or low between them. This relationship meter which seemed otherwise cool to many was also criticized by a lot of GTA fans, who just thought it to be another weird fan-made concept.

The comment thread of the post was divided between people supporting the aspect and disapproving of it. One person commented about how people would want a sanity system next time if they really achieve this.
