Now, a post reveal on X shows more things may be in the works behind closed doors as Rockstar Games has announced a new studio in Los Angeles.

New studio hints at potential GTA 6 development?

An account on X, formerly Twitter, revealed the news of the new Rockstar studio in LA. The piece of news may also come as a result of Rockstar acquiring Standard Deviation, a company that works on motion capture. If this is indeed the case, then there may be several other tiles that are being worked on by the studio. LA Noire 2 could easily be the age that’s at the center of operations in the newly announced Rockstar branch.

We still aren’t sure what this means. But the devs also have listed a new job role on their portal. The Electronics Engineer will be working on motion capture, as per the job listing. Hence, fans are understandably going crazy trying to decipher if the LA studio will be working on a new GTA title or a new game altogether.
