Halo Infinite Developers Have Some Exciting Things in Store for the September Technical Test

A fantastic piece of news comes from Xbox, as developers confirm a new set of test runs for Halo Infinite. The title was originally teased a few years ago, and it is now on the cusp of being released. Some time ago, Xbox together with Bethesda studio hosted an elaborate showcase at E3.

This showcase brought forward great revels for the fans, like Halo Infinite’s multiplayer being free-to-play. And gamers around the world will get a chance to step into the spartan suit and armor against other players. All this will be available for free. And now, the studio has announced two more tests for the multiplayer from September 23 to 26 and September 30 to October 3.

Great chance to gain a full-blown Halo Infinite multiplayer experience before its release

343 Industries shared the massive news via a blog post, revealing juicy details about the game. The title is set to release on November 15, which will open the gates to the impressive universe of the Halo franchise once more. The studio is also diligently trying to accumulate as much feedback as possible before unfurling the entire game to the world.

Two more Tech Previews are going to take place in 15 days. It will offer game modes like 4v4 Arena battles and expansive 12v12 Big Team Battle. The game will also feature weekly and monthly challenges that players can take up to earn lucrative XP rewards.

The first Tech Preview will allow you to test the Arena battles with matchmaking staying open from September 23-26.

  • Thursday evening, September 23:
  • Build becomes available for download Thursday night
  • Training Mode and Weapon Drills are available
  • Friday, September 24 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT: Matchmaking available
  • Saturday, September 25 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT: Matchmaking available
  • Sunday, September 26 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT: Matchmaking available
  • Monday, September 27 @ 10am PT: Flight access closes until Weekend 2

In the second phase of Tech Preview, fans will get a chance to experience Big Team Battles. This will put 24 players against one another in an expansive map, which will contain vehicles, jets, and a roster of amazing weapons. This preview will last from September 30 to October 3 with matchmaking being available.

  • Flight access turns on

  • Friday, October 1 @ 10am-2pm & 5pm-9pm PT: Matchmaking available
