This year is turning out to be Pedro Pascal’s year. His works as Oberyn Martell in Game of Thrones and Javier Peña in Narcos had already made him a household name. Now, not only has he got critical acclaim for The Last of Us, but he will also be reprising his role for Mandalorian season 3.

While he is yet to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe, fans have got their hopes up. A Tweet from the official @SpiderVerse account for The Last of Us star’s birthday has made the fans excited.

The official Twitter account for the animated Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse movie recently wished Pedro Pascal on his birthday. The caption stated their spider society would not be complete without him.

This Tweet has led fans to wish for Pascal to be in MCU.

User @Brandonv1103 pointed out that the handler of the official Twitter account of the movie is now simping over Pedro Pascal.

User @LoTCosplay had her own bizarre rendition for this Tweet. She created a unique character, possibly for Pascal, called Spider-Mandalorian.

Amidst rumors of Pascal joining the Spider-Man spinoff, the Tweet from the official Spider-Verse account has added fuel to the fire. These rumors started when Bad Bunny stated he might be not starring in the new Spiderman spinoff ‘El Muerto’.

Recently Sony announced that production for ‘El Muerto’ was “at a standstill,” and days later they changed it to be “in development”. Bad Bunny revealed to TIME magazine that he has yet to film any scenes of the movie.

“Maybe they’ll switch me out for Pedro Pascal,” he joked. This has made fans wonder whether Bad Bunny is being replaced by Pedro Pascal. Whatever may be the case, fans would want both actors to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
