Fans are currently enjoying the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Beta that began last week. While most of them are having fun with the game, there are many who are struggling to find some features from previous installments like Modern Warfare II. Yes, the upcoming title has brought back many options but it seems like a few of them may have been silently removed.

Alongside Gunsmith, players in Call of Duty titles have been very fond of its extension in the form of the Firing Range. It’s been present in many installments so far. Ever since it went live more than a week ago, Modern Warfare 3 Beta has unleashed tons of in-game features. Similar to its predecessor from 2022, there’s the Weapon menu, Operator menu, and Gunsmith. But one thing that’s visibly missing is the Firing Range. Yes, it’s not available in the ongoing Beta.

A possible reason for this could be that the devs may unleash the feature upon the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. However, it might not be the case at all because there’s been no mention of Firing Range so far in any of the blogs as well. Which is quite strange compared to the last year’s title.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Can Be a Classic Comeback Story for Sledgehammer Games After a Failure Like Vanguard, but Will It Deliver?

For the uninitiated, Infinity Ward had already announced the return of the Firing Range before the commencement of Modern Warfare II Beta in September 2022. Here’s the blog that clearly mentions its presence. On the other hand, Sledgehammer hasn’t actually unveiled any such detail just yet. It will be interesting to see how things turn out with MW3 upon launch.

Meanwhile, hardcore franchise lovers are waiting for the eventual debut of Activision‘s brand-new FPS premium. This time, it will pack a solid punch in terms of featuring massive content. To begin with, there will be a polished Multiplayer experience with 16 remastered maps. Players will be able to take a trip down memory lane with areas like Favela, Highrise, Rust, Derail, Afghan, Skidrow, and Scrapyard among many others.

There will be an open-world Zombies mode as well. Based on a PvE format, it will require the players to make teams or go solo against large hordes of the undead. Their main objective will be to loot items, finish the given quests, and extract successfully.

Last but not least, players will also receive the traditional Campaign. This time, it will also bring back an iconic series villain Vladimir Makarov, the arch nemesis of Task Force 141. He was last seen in 2011’s original Modern Warfare 3.

Speaking of the launch date itself, Sledgehammer’s MW3 is coming out on November 10.
