Even after a decade since its release date, the demand for this console has still stayed up. This is due to it having some timeless classic games for itself, like The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and Mario Kart 7.

Has Nintendo 3DS entered the elite rarity club?

Keeping the classic games aside, 3DS is no match for the latest Nintendo Switch. But still looks like the asking price for the older console is very high. In a recent Reddit post gone viral, a Canadian seller asked for a bizarre amount of money for his Nintendo 3DS plus games and stylus. They asked for 300 Canadian Dollars which is about 222.28 US Dollars.

Apart from this high asking price, what surprised fans more was the state the 3DS was in. The seller had mentioned the condition of this console to be Used – Good. But the images of the console stated otherwise. The images showed heavy wear and tear to the console.

This high ask and contradictory statements from the seller have made him the target of Reddit trolls. But some innocent fans were still wondering if 3DS is now a rare console.
