HBO Max Employees Come Out In Support Of The Last Of Us Inspired Masterpiece

For the past year, HBO has been relentlessly working to produce ‘The Last Of Us’ inspired tv series. HBO started its production in July 2021 in Calgary, Canada. With the idea of paying tribute to its developers, the HBO group wanted Joel and Ellie’s story to reach out to the entire world. Writer and producer Craig Mazin joined the group alongside NaughtyDog’s CEO as the duo spent days making this marvel.
As a result, the franchise announced its wrap on June 8th, 2022, alerting fans to a year-end release.

Users from different parts of the world celebrated this update as they grew impatient about its release. However, to bring calm to the storm, HBO invited some of its employees to watch the series and give their reactions to the same.

A fresh post has been swirling around the Reddit world, talking about HBO calling out employees for The Last Of Us screening. The franchise invited some crew members and gave them a chance to have a first look at their masterpiece before they published it. Moreover, the production team got a green signal from each one of them, as they considered the series “amazing.”

Who to look out for in the Naughty Dog game-inspired series?

HBO’s Naughty Dog inspired series casts some big names in the acting industry. Pedro Pascal, the Narcos maestro, will feature as the lead protagonist of the series. He will play Joel Miller’s character, something quite different than his previous roles. Interestingly, Lyanna Mormont from Game Of Thrones will join Pedro as she will star as the iconic Ellie.
Apart from this, the HBO series will feature an actor from Agents of Shield and Dumbo, a 2019 film.
