Sypher is out here determining and scaling which YouTubers can fight him easily in a 1v1, hand-to-hand combat. He does so by putting certain parameters to determine the fight’s outcome.

As the above title already suggests, SypherPK thinks he could take a 1v1 fight against many famous streamers and YouTubers. He classified the possibilities of a fight into the following quadrants: I lose 100%, They’d Probably Win, 50/50, I’d Probably Win, I Win 100%.
