Since childhood, she has been keen to pursue this intriguing field. Her expertise in the field got her an invite to Comic Con, where she was part of a booth.

This was the time when she had one of the weirdest viewer interactions. Apparently, Kaitlyn was at her booth, and a ‘goofy’ looking guy approached her. He had a free hug banner on his hand, and he went to talk to Amo. After trying desperately to spell out her name, he proposed a free hug to the streaming icon.

Amo who was streaming at that time didn’t mind giving the guy a hug. But soon after he hugged her, this man did something icky. “He held me for too long for one and he moaned in my ear,” stated Amouranth as she narrated the incident to QT. The 29-year-old was quite freaked out and confused as to what actually happened. This is something that is not expected when a celebrity gives a hug to a fan.

Interestingly, this weird interaction with ‘Mr. Hugger’ did not end there. The next day Amouranth was dressed up as Wonder Woman, and this person yet again came asking for another hug. Though this time Amo decided to confront him. “You can’t moan in my ear this time though,” the ASMR queen told the ‘weird fan’ before giving a hug.

Apparently, this person was pretty shaken by her statement that, after hugging her, he walked off like a spooked kid. This bizarre confrontation was one of Amo’s weirdest encounters with a fan. When QT asked her whether she would give hugs again to fans, the streamer had an interesting idea in her mind.

That is, if Amo ever gives free hugs again, she would only do it in the presence of bodyguards. This would make sure that the fans pull no trick. Moreover, if they cross the line, the bodyguards can intervene, and Amo can make interesting content based on the incident.

This is not the first time an aspiring cosplay artist faced such a debacle. According to QT, when she was donning the Cinderella princess cosplay at Disney Land, she too faced such weird actions from the viewers, which even went a bit out of bounds. This is a common, yet uncomfortable experience that should never happen.
