HasanAbi throws a jab at Elon Musk for overlooking AOC’s concerns

The U.S. representative AOC has posted a tweet recently concerning a Twitter account impersonating her. According to her, “The Twitter CEO has engaged it, boosting visibility. It is releasing false policy statements and gaining spread.” This was a concerning topic for her, but she did not get the solution to the problem she needed. The parody account actually retweeted her and gained over ten million views by this.

And this brought the attention of many celebrities, with MrBeast, concerned about why this account is still able to remain active. The YouTuber inquired via his tweet why Musk would be letting this misrepresentation slide. Hasan was quick to reply to MrBeast and informed him about the actions taken by Musk. HasanAbi informed MrBeast that rather than shutting this account down, Musk has signal-boosted it. For fans who do not know the term, signal boosting is the act of re-posting useful information from a specific source to one’s own social media followers.
