A popular streamer named Atrioc was caught having accessed an illegal adult website during one of his latest streams. The community revealed their surprise, and many called him out for his actions. Popular streamers like Valkyrae were later talking about the seriousness of this issue.

Valkyrie shared her opinion on the Atrioc Twitch incident
In one of his latest streams, the viewers caught Atrioc for accessing a premium adult website. This site includes non-consensual graphic content. He was switching his tab in between the stream, and eagle-eyed subscribers spotted that he had accessed this website in one of his tabs. This millisecond reveal has caused turmoils in the Twitch community. What added more salt to the wound was that the website used the faces of popular streamers and personalities to create adult content.

The fact that these sites use pictures of people without their consent was something that infuriated many, including ‘100 Thieves’ co-owner Valkyrae. She voiced her concern about the matter.
Should be illegal to profit off of somebody’s likeness in sex work without consent wether it’s fake or not. Talking about it will bring those sites more attention but I hope this will also be a step forward closer to law that can help protect people from being used in this way

The speculations that Atrioc was viewing content related to his fellow peer streamers was what pushed many people over the edge. Now the infamous face of Twitch, Atrioc issued an apology regarding this fiasco. He blamed the cause of all these on the adverts he saw on adult websites. The very reason that he used a premium website that used non-consensual content has made many furious.
