The YouTuber mentioned that to accelerate the speed, Nintendo Switch users will need to use a simple method. There are several steps involved to make sure they achieve the desired boost in downloading speed:

  1. Go to the Settings option
  2. Choose ‘Internet’ and then ‘Internet Settings’
  3. Select the preferred internet network
  4. Go to the ‘Change Settings’ option
  5. Select MTU and then change the value from 1400 to 1500

After following the aforementioned steps, one should immediately see an instant change. The boost in the speed might not show up while installing smaller games, but it will be significant when downloading titles with massive file sizes.
