Avalanche Software finally brought to fans the much-awaited State of Play event for Hogwarts Legacy on Thursday. The 20-minute event was full of amazing gameplay details.

Hogwarts Legacy is surely going to be a big launch, going by its open-world style and the State of Play presentation. Moreover, the title will also keep the hype going until it makes a debut. That’s because shortly after the event, it has already gone live on online stores for pre-order!

The State of Play covered some really interesting aspects of the upcoming RPG from Warner Bros. Hogwarts Legacy will feature magical ways of traveling from place to place, thanks to the Broomstick. Flying will be fun, to say the least.

When it comes to spells and combat, the Shield charm will enable the players to reflect enemy spells. Plus, they will also help in deflecting the strikes, in order to perform counterattacks.

Well, the pre-orders for Hogwarts Legacy are already available right now, which is just icing on the cake for the fans. Especially after witnessing the State of Play livestream.

For the Xbox Series X, the open-world RPG is now ready to pre-order for $58.94 on Amazon.

For the Xbox One, it’s currently going for $51.20 on the Amazon website. And for the Nintendo Switch, Hogwarts Legacy can be pre-ordered for $52.07 on Amazon.

For the PS5 version of the game, the game will cost a bit more, PS5 $59.60.

As far as the release date is concerned, the Harry Potter-based game is coming in December. The State of Play confirmed it for a Holiday period, which is the time of Christmas.
