Starfield is almost here! And every update on the game keeps on adding to the hype. With the countdown to its launch well under way, another Bethesda claim has come under fan spotlight. This time, the developers have made a claim that involves a big change from all their previous titles.

The open-world RPG has been trending ever since its announcement at the Xbox Showcase. Moreover, the latest revelation has sparked a new series of debates on social media. As advertised, Bethesda might be bringing an ‘ideally perfect’ game to the table with Starfield.

Starfield: Bethesda’s ‘least buggy’ game ever?

Bethesda has been known for some notable open world RPGs. Fallout and Skyrim are possibly the biggest names on the list. While both these titles were fairly received by the community, the bug complaints around both creations were never-ending. 

When Skyrim first came out, it had flaws that caused NPCs to fall through the floor, broke the fast travel system, and hindered players from finishing tasks. The worst of them all was a problem that made it impossible for players to take breaks. Fallout 4 also had some strange problems at launch. NPCs were observed posing awkwardly, and occasionally, objects did not fully load.

Now developers have branded Starfield as the least buggy game in the history of Bethesda creations. For a title of this scale and graphics, the claim does seem like a massive leap. Hence, fans had a mixed set of responses to the developers’ claim. 

Fans express apprehension with regard to the claims

As expected, the claim did invite a lot of fan theories and speculations around Starfield. Most of the gamers believed the claim seemed too good to be true due to various factors. Based on earlier projects of the gaming giant, the community did call out the makers for setting the bar too low. And now, fans have shared their views on the latest claims.

One user has expressed his doubt in hilarious fashion. And understandably so. With Bethesda’s buggy history, fans won’t be too happy if they don’t break the cycle.

Perhaps it would be wise to not get too carried away? While fans obviously hope the claims are true, they feel it may be better to find out for themselves.

All questions will be answered soon. It will be interesting to see if the alleged bug-free Bethesda RPG will be making its way to Game of the Year as envisioned by Microsoft. Certainly, a lot of bugs won’t be helping the game.
