There is a wide variety of customization for the fans. There are many lovely items to decorate the island. Moreover, the game introduces new customization items with each new update. But this time, Animal Crossing: New Horizons went for not lovely but spooky vibes.

Disappearing ghost in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Many fans reported seeing a ghost in one of the wallpapers. Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced many wallpapers with the 2.0 update. One of those wallpapers was the “Graveyard Wallpaper,” which players can get from Sahara at Harv’s Island’s new Plaza. The wallpaper had many tombstones and dry trees.

However, the creepy look of the wallpaper isn’t the end. When the players switch off the light, they get to spot a ghost. Further, the ghost disappears upon turning on the light. Moreover, the ghost appears closer in the wallpaper every time the player switches off and on the lights. Also, the spirit changes location on the wall every time.

This graveyard wallpaper sent chills down the spines of players. Despite being a spooky customization item, many players loved this different theme than the usual beautiful and heartwarming theme. Further, the game has other scary things like sinister-looking gyroids, dead trees, and a pile of skeletons called Creepy Skeleton.
