Developed and published by Red Barrels, this game is the third overall installment in the Outlast franchise. Technically, it serves as the prequel for the first two entries. The games in this series include the setting of Cold War where subjects are tested under mysterious experiments. The latest title has also got a similar format.

Talking about The Outlast Trials, it has received a very good response so far. The psychological horror survival title has made many players scream out. And the latest case is of Jev, the famous Call of Duty YouTuber, who was seen feeling the tension while going through the various quests of this game.

Jev recently dropped a clip in which he was seen trying out this third entry. Although he had a prior experience of playing the previous installments in the Outlast saga, the latest offering felt even more scarier. As a result, he came across different scenes where he almost lost his breath after going into a panic mode. “Holy f**k!”, he said after completing a very tough quest involving his character.

As for the gameplay, the YouTuber really liked the mechanics and the overall UI. Moreover, he revealed that there was no major issues as well and it was just great diving into this installment. “It’s super-super entertaining in my opinion,” he said towards the end of the video.
