So, basically using a car before its official release is a term of violation, according to Forza Horizon 5 guidelines. It looks like the devs are in no mood to tolerate anyone who violates these guidelines. According to Forza Horizon 5 guidelines, they use a three strikes system for bans/suspensions.
The first strike will lead to a seven-day suspension, the second strike will lead to a thirty-day suspension. Eventually, the third strike will cause permanent suspension. It’s recommended that fans must check the Forza Horizon 5 guidelines to get more information.

Fans who had planned to use some modifications/hacking tools in the game would have to be wary of the risk of a ban. The worst part about these bans/suspensions is the device ban. In the device bans, the devs literally ban the MAC address of the device. So, even creating a new account won’t be of any use as the MAC address of the device is blacklisted.
