So, it was shared that getting any unreleased car in the game won’t end well for the fans and there could be severe consequences like suspensions and bans. In fact, repeating the same thing could lead to a permanent ban on the account and device as well.

So, basically using a car before its official release is a term of violation, according to Forza Horizon 5 guidelines. It looks like the devs are in no mood to tolerate anyone who violates these guidelines. According to Forza Horizon 5 guidelines, they use a three strikes system for bans/suspensions.

The first strike will lead to a seven-day suspension, the second strike will lead to a thirty-day suspension. Eventually, the third strike will cause permanent suspension. It’s recommended that fans must check the Forza Horizon 5 guidelines to get more information.

In the device bans, the devs literally ban the MAC address of the device. So, even creating a new account won’t be of any use as the MAC address of the device is blacklisted.
