“How Is Elon Letting This Slide Lol” – MrBeast Puzzled His Billionaire Friend Overlooked New York State Representative’s Serious Concern on Twitter

On May 29, 2023, a strange thing happened on Twitter, leaving the community baffled.As you may know, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s twitter account was hacked recently, and the hacker left a series of outrageous tweets. When MrBeast came to know about the event, he lightly trolled his good friend and CEO, Elon Musk, regarding the same.

Apparently, someone hacked Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s account and tried their luck with Elon Musk. There were also a series of tweets that followed the hacking, that got massive reach. It was hard to believe that someone else was behind it. The community later came to their senses, understanding the prank behind it as the congresswoman would not stoop to a level on a social media platform. 

Time passed, and Alexandria got her account back as she apologized to fans for the nuisance. But it looked like her tweets allured MrBeast to spare a comment.

After the series of published tweets from her account, the former Among US pro uploaded a post putting a full stop to the controversy. She said, “If Elon Musk wants to have a chance with me, he’ll immediately ban the parody account of me. This is like literally not funny.” And soon, this grabbed the attention of MrBeast who dropped in his first comment over it. 

He said, “Ngl I actually thought this was real at first lol.” After all, anyone would feel her first tweet to be real, as Twitter is no stranger to such controversies. Plus, Elon had replied with a fire emoji to it, increasing the validity of the post. So, the New York Representative added another post stating the whole controversy. 

She said, “FYI there’s a fake account on here impersonating me and going viral. The Twitter CEO has engaged it, boosting visibility. It is releasing false policy statements and gaining spread. I am assessing with my team how to move forward. In the meantime, be careful of what you see.”  And again, MrBeast found his way to it as he was shocked to see Elon Musk avoiding the situation.

Now, the question is; is Elon trying to ignore it as he does not want to start another controversy? or is he aware of the fact that it is a parody account and so, it would be great to have some fun with fans? Well, for now, we don’t have any reliable information that states either of the two, so it is time that will help us understand the Twitter CEO’s next move.
