How Millionaire YouTuber MrBeast’s Immense Earnings Played a Hand In His Mother’s Career

Over the years, Jimmy Donaldson has earned his name in the industry with his out-of-the-world content. He is the 5th most subscribed Youtuber on the planet and has a total of 146 million subscribers across all his channels. Popularly known as MrBeast in the entire world, the Youtuber is famous for his bizarre stunts on screen. They range from gifting gold bars to a waitress to eating the biggest slice of pizza on the planet.

Starting YouTube as a kid, MrBeast has come a long way. His viral attempts to become an internet star began in 2012. Jimmy did not become famous in his early years as he was stuck with getting a college degree. It was 2016 when he dropped out and decided to become a full-time Youtuber. Jimmy’s leap of faith paved the way to his success today, as he is no less than a celebrity.

MrBeast’s mother joins the company

Sooner, his mother found out that he was making money from his videos. It initially came as a shock but recovered from it when Jimmy backed it up. She still insisted to get a degree, which forced him to admit himself to a community college. But Jimmy did not attend a single day and dropped off in the first semester. To this, his mother threw him out of the house.

Eventually, hard work always pays off, and everything falls into place. It was the same with Jimmy. When he’d moved out, he was already doing pretty well on his channel.

With 750k subs, he bagged his first brand deal. Now there was no stopping him. He invested the money in a video and soon started creating the most bizarre stunts he does today. One fine day he walked up to his mom holding a paycheck in his hand. ‘Mom, look how much I just made,’ were his words. It thrilled his mother as the amount totaled her entire year’s salary. She soon retired and joined his firm. Now, she works as MrBeast LLC’s chief compliance officer and looks after the company’s expenditure.

Whenever Mr. Beast is questioned about his work, he says, “I’m not really good at keeping friends,” he says. “All my friends revolve around work.” Whatever he is today is because of his hard work throughout the years.
