To use the SharePlay feature on PlayStation 4, users need to send invitations to the second player and add them to the friend list. After that, players can load the game they want to play and share it with their friends by using the Share button on the DualShock 4 controller. Additionally, players can also choose the SharePlay button on their TV screen. Now they just need to select the player with whom they want to experience the game and if they accept the invitation, the systems will automatically link for 60 minutes.
After this session expires, players can join another session of 60 minutes to begin from where they left off. After the session players can also choose to let the friend out by pressing the same share button from the controller. This enables players to go back to the SharePlay option on the television. At this point, users have to place the option of the controller to visitors, so that they can either play a game with their friends or allow the visitor solely. However, a PlayStation Plus subscription is a must thing for both the users to use both Gameshare and SharePlay.
