The video was made to explain how players of this recently launched game can obtain the Hand Cannon. It is a red foam finger and a gag weapon initially introduced in 2011’s Dead Space 2. Developer Motive has included it in the latest remake as well.

There are several vital steps that Dead Space Remake players have to follow to get the Hand Cannon. Firstly, they must finish the entire video game on the highest difficulty level. Technically, it is called the Impossible Mode. Doing so will unlock the red foam finger.
