Kyedae shares an update about her chemotherapy treatment
In March 2023, Kyedae announced to the internet about her diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia. She also shared about undergoing chemotherapy and how she had to go bald for it. Now after six months of chemotherapy, Kyedae announced she has completed the treatment.

During her latest stream, a fan noticed her hair growing back. To this revelation, the streamer was quick to comment, “Wait! can you see it? Yeah, so I am officially off chemotherapy now. It is something that before I wanted to share with you guys, I wanted to make sure hundred percent that it was done and over with.”

That is one misconception because I did tell some of my friends and stuff, and they were like, ‘Oh, my god! No more cancer?’ No, that’s not it. But, it is a step in the right direction, which I’m very happy about.”
