She is widely known for her outspoken personality beyond the gaming world and has maintained a sizable lead over the other female Twitch streamers in terms of subscriber count. The Twitch queen is set to embark on a new journey as she announces her arrival on a new social platform.

Amid the constant ongoing changes in the policies of Twitter for users, Meta introduced another social media platform under their label to rival it. The new platform ‘Threads’ is set to compete with Twitter. There is definitely a wave against Twitter that might benefit the newly created media platform.

Pokimane Scared With Some Past Experiences?

Pokimane fans were thrilled after the streamer informed her new social media identity on Thread. She was evidently skeptical as she penned down her first thoughts on the platform. She wrote, “ngl it’s exciting to be a part of something new, but i’m also a bit scared about how this app will change over the next couple weeks..let’s keep it fun & wholesome forever, yea?”

Her fear can be attributed to her recent experiences with social media and fan opinions. The Twitch queen had received some heated backlash from the community after she allegedly criticized xQc on his Kick signing. She was recently part of a lot of adoring fan speculations when her interactions with Kai Cenat went viral on social media. The streamer has thus understandably hoped things to stay wholesome and positive on the new platform.
