Felix Lengyel aka xQc has straightforward advice for the critics comparing his content to Kai Cenat. While the Twitch icon bagged his second consecutive Streamer of the Year Award, a lot of xQc fans have still kept the debate running hot. The discussion for the ‘crown’ brings comparisons between both the streaming superstars. Apparently, a similar series of comparisons reached xQc and it didn’t sit well with the creator. Well, xQc has made some striking statements in a rant that followed.

From a lot of big names joining the trending culture to the Twitch vs Kick rivalry making the headlines, it’s been quite a busy year for the streaming industry. During a live stream on October 30, xQc browsed through a subreddit discussion analyzing the evolution of his content. The creator came across one comment that criticized his fanbase and content by comparison with Kai Cenat. The comment read, “I cannot fathom how low of an IQ people who say xQc is the Streamer of the Year over Kai have. The quality of content really isn’t on the same level”.

The remark was enough to fuel xQc for a long rant. The latter immediately felt the need to stop the live stream and make a strong address to all the fans comparing his content and stream with the Twitch superstar Kai Cenat. He then began with a “one minute rant” which was a direct message to all the critics of his content. “I know some of you guys are new here, okay? I get it, some of you guys are not used to the stream. Okay? Because you’re new here. Okay? There has never been a goal for this stream. Okay? There has never been a sub goal. There’s never been a viewer goal. A follower goal. An award goal. There has never been any of this s**t! I just go live and we just kind of do whatever. Okay”, he stated.

Moreover, the latter emphasized how if he wanted to focus on the sub-counts and awards, he could have pulled off big numbers “a million years ago”. Apparently, for him, the focus has always been on just going live and interacting without worrying about the ‘success parameters’. Everything that is a height. Anything that is an award or whatever, they’re all side products. And, for the longest time, me just going live was good enough to do these things. Right? And, cool! I’m really happy about that. Why do you think I don’t f**king hold all the awards we got? I only got one trophy here. Because I really don’t care about them! It’s not what it’s about“, he added.
