But, as they say, every good thing has a dark side, and Modern Warfare 2 fans have found one. Apparently, a Twitter user posted a photo featuring the game’s CD, as they highlighted the memory space required for the game. Once again, the franchise has demanded a lot of it, landing itself in troubled waters.

Activision has dropped some of the most beautiful in-game visuals, requiring the desired space to withhold the console specs, so they feel it is the bare minimum the community could do. However, fans also have their own set of points that state facts, leading the topic to a never-ending debate.

The franchise first expected fans to have 175GB of storage space, later requesting 100-200 more with updates. This led to a massive breakdown in sales as players called quits on the game. But Activision tried to lower the update space, gaining back the fans’ faith.

Now, once again, the franchise seems to have messed up as Twitter user Debani featured a Modern Warfare 2 CD. The disk read that players would need a minimum of 130GB storage at the start. To this, another COD enthusiast quickly replied to the post saying“I don’t understand how that’s even possible. Old school cod games were like what 20-40?”
