Pokimane later shared that this MapleStory dating happened when she was 12 or 13 years old. But after going to high school, she stopped playing the game and lost contact with him. However, she met him two years after she started live streaming on Twitch.

“Like two years into streaming, he came into my chat, and he was like, oh my god do you remember me? I’m an ex-guy from MapleStory.” The Twitch streamer continued, “I was like, that’s crazy, and then we like followed each other on Instagram, and he’s living his life, he’s happy with my life, I’m happy.”
