The community just witnessed Nintendo’s exclusive September Direct, and it was amazing as usual. From brand new Mario titles to remastering some fan-favorite games, Nintendo dropped a bomb for everybody. The one name that is synonymous with Nintendo is Mario. So naturally, fans are pumped. Nintendo announced a Mario vs Donkey Kong remake, and a Princess peach title. Now hold up, there’s more!

There is another Mario title that is very close to fans’ hearts. And people kept asking for a remastered version of the game. Now, looks like Nintendo has granted players their wish. Yes! Nintendo announced a remastered version of yet another Mario title and fans can’t keep calm.

Nintendo Direct just announced a Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door remaster

Nintendo’s announcement about bringing a remake of 2004’s Mario vs. Donkey Kong already excited the fans. And then they took it further to announce the remastered version of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door hitting Switch next year. Nintendo brought a small trailer for fans which revealed Mario and Princess Peach venturing for a treasure hunt.

The gameplay featured Nintendo’s classic 2D designs on an extremely creative 3D landscape. In fact, fans also noticed the local cooperative platform in the game. While the September Direct was a total banger for many, fans still have to wait for months for Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. However, one thing is for sure; the excitement is palpable.
