Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, popularly known as PewDiePie, has been topping YouTube charts for years now. The Swede is a true connoisseur of content. And has been making the most eccentric yet intriguing videos on the platform consistently for years. Given his years of dominance and the efforts he put in to create entertaining content, it is understandable if everyone’s favorite childhood YouTuber feels the need to take time off.

PewDiePie revealed his plans for the year 2022 and especially for the month of January in a recent stream. While also hinting at brand-new plans for his channel.

Felix finally answers the question on everyone’s mind

In a recent members-only stream on his channel, PewDiePie answered the fans’ questions. And one subscribed member asked when the community can expect the new video to release. To which Felix answered, “Sadly, no videos soon, no. I’m taking the whole month off”.

The YouTuber has not uploaded any new videos following the release of his celebrity influence video. And the fans pondered why was this the case. Now, Felix has answered the question that troubled 111 million of his subscribers. Thankfully, this isn’t where it all ends. And what’s more interesting is what followed.

PewDiePie reveals his plans for his YouTube channel

Going in-depth about the content for his upcoming videos, PewDiePie explained, “I feel like I need a new direction. Do something different. Unexplored territory. But I don’t know what.”.

Lately, PewDiePie has ventured mostly into the reacting videos, giving his opinions and reviews on almost everything that is trending in today’s world. But it seems like the most subscribed individual on YouTube might have other plans for 2022.

Additionally, he also mentions a question he often asks himself. However, he hasn’t found out the right answer to the question yet. He revealed, “what’s my future? I don’t f****** know.”. Felix adds, “I feel like I’m living in some weird void or some s*** like that where I’m just like doing all this stuff but.. what’s next? I have no idea. I don’t know. I need something new.”.
