One of the most influential and significant YouTube Gaming veterans, Sean William McLoughlin aka Jacksepticeye, shared his list of favorite games, movies, and television series of the past year in a recent video on his second channel. The Irish content creator also shared all the accolades he earned in 2022. 

The year 2022, has been very happening for Jack. He launched his first self-directed professional-grade short film featuring his “alter egos”. He also made history with his yearly charity stream, “Thankmas” where he raised around $10 million to help world hunger. This feat won him the award of “best philanthropy streamer” at the Stream awards.

#2 Stanley Parabel Ultra Delux edition: The witty, fourth wall-destroying story-based game won the heart of the Irish YouTube veteran. 

#3 Stray: A brave cat’s journey in a world full of danger and mysteries gave Jack a heart-pumping yet wholesome treat. 

#4 God of War: Ragnarök: One of the most acclaimed games of 2022 and the most successful series on his channel in recent times. The only reason it didn’t get a higher spot on the list is that, according to Jack, the game didn’t have as much replayability as the previous title. 

#5 Vampire Survivors: “I lost my life to that game and I’m not ashamed at all,” said Jack about the Indie-hit that had taken the internet by storm in 2022.

Movies:

#1 Everything Everywhere All at Once: Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert’s multiversal, time-traveling epic struck the most to Jack, among all the movies that were released in 2022.

#2 The Banshees of Inisherin: Martin McDonagh’s drama struck the Irish heart of the YouTuber and effortlessly made its way on his top lists. Jack mentioned Batman and Top Gun: Maverick as his other preferred movies of the last year. 

Television Series: 

#1 Severance: The Apple TV hit was the best show of 2022, according to Jack, as it was successful in hitting all the right things. 

#Mentions: Other than Severance, he mentioned that also watched the Star Wars Spin-Off series featuring Obi-Wan Kenobi, but he simply “Hated it”. His other liked shows of 2022 were Cabinet of Curiosities, Sandman, and Rehearsal.
