Pokimane donates $10,000 to small streamers

Poki asked her fans on Twitter to share the link of the small streamers who were live then. And fans came through and sent a bunch of links for the streamers. Pokimane had a twist ready for the donations. They can either accept the donation or double it and pass it on to the next streamer. But the reaction of the streamers surprised her instead.

The first streamer she talked to was ShesDarling. Both streamers had a wholesome conversation. Pokimane said, “This is so cute. I feel like I was just webcamming someone.” But ShesDarling decided to double the amount of $200 offered to her after some moments of pondering.

Being honest about her thoughts, Poki shared, “I don’t know why I really like giving away money. Something about it is so exciting.” Next, she saw a Fortnite streamer. But when she offered him the choices, he instantly chose to double $400 for the next person.

Next up, she offered a French streamer and a Trans streamer for $800 and $1,600 respectively. But they both followed the option selected by the previous streamers. While all the users kept doubling it, Pokimane made sure to not leave them empty-handed and gifted them subs.

Finally, a streamer named sickdegenerate playing Escape from Tarkov took up her offer and accepted the $3,200 donation. But coincidently, Poki had donated the exact amount of money for a challenge started by the streamer. Explaining the event, he said, “Basically chat can pay to delete my items [in-game].”

Surprised by this revelation, Poki first asked his chat what should she do. She thought about her decision more and thought it would be good content for him to regain those items back. “Ok delete everything!” she typed in chat.

Further down the video, she was surprised by two streamers streaming together. They both doubled and gave each other the money, not willing to accept it. Finally, one of them accepted the $6,400 and thanked Poki for her donations.
